Hi Friends! Welcome to SpotTheRedhead, my travel blog!

I have been a travel writer for about a year now but, I’ve been a traveler all my life, ever since I was a toddler in my dad’s backpack! Since then, I’ve been on crazy adventures all over North America, South America, and Australia. I’ve been writing for different travel companies and decided that it was time for me to express my own passion for traveling. The excitement that I get when I wake up at 4 am to catch a flight or to climb into my car for a road, THAT’S WHY I travel. I crave that feeling of adventure.

The Story Of This Trip:

Monica, my grand-little in Delta Zeta Sorority, had the wonderful idea to travel through Europe this summer, but wanted to go with someone. I have been planning and saving for a Euro-trip for a couple of years and ALSO didn’t want to go alone. It was PERFECT timing!

We met at Starbucks one night and just said “F it! Let’s DO IT!”

We wrote out ALL the places we wanted to hit and how much time we could possibly spend out there. And oh yeah… that fun thing called our budget. We have been planning this trip for months and we finally have the chance to tell everyone about it!

We are so excited to announce that we are backpacking all around Europe from June 20-August 10.

Oh gosh… if you know the two of us, you know this trip is going to be CRAZY! Wish us luck!

If you’re a savvy traveler and have been to any of these countries/cities, please comment and let us know cool things we shouldn’t miss, like: great restaurants, cool street art, or off-the-beaten-path beaches and hikes. We will be hitting some major touristy spots, but mostly we just want to join the culture of each place we visit.
