Holding the first Guinness I learned to properly pour at the Guinness Factory in August 2016. My hat says Ireland Drinking Team.
Why, the Guinness is in fact a RUBY RED color!!! The color comes from roasting the malted barley during beer prep. Hold yours up to a bright window next time to double check!
Sometimes the best things in life are red….;)
